Benefits Page         Claims for benefit must be submitted within 3 months of treatment (eg. Hospitalisation)   or within 3 months of payment (eg. Drugs) or within 3 months of the year end ( Annual   Claims). It is important that you submit your claims within the time limits since failure   to do so will result in loss of benefit.       Benefits apply only to treatment given by registered medical practitioners. Members are   advised to satisfy themselves that they are being treated by such. You may check with   head office regarding registered Doctors, Physiotherapists etc. Alternative therapies are   not covered - examples of these are given on page 5 of the benefit brochure (Item No 10).   Psychologists are not covered (except for children).       Download the Benefits Brochure Year 2010 by clicking here ->
