Completing your Annual Claim
It’s that time of year again to complete your Annual Claim form for you and your family. The closing date for receipt of annuals with respect to 2023 is 31st March 2024. We accept GP receipts and Consultant receipts for any visits during 2023 and Dentist receipts for treatment during 2023 on the annual claim form. To avoid unnecessary delays in processing your Annual Claim please ensure that all Dental Receipts are fully itemised and are clearly marked paid.
